JERMAINE GAUSE.
I'm Jermaine: IFBB Pro, NPC Masters USA Overall Champion in Classic Physique 40+, and a commercial real estate investment entrepreneur. I built this brand because the coaching I needed at 41 didn't exist: serious enough for the stage, sustainable enough for a career, and a life that doesn't pause for a cut.
I've stood on the national stage and walked off as the overall champion. I've held leadership roles with institutional hospitality real estate firms and successful start-ups. The quality that helps me juggle the demands of both is a high level of discipline and execution. I believe successful career professionals have the mental tools it takes to BUILD their best selves at their PRIME. That's why I created PRIMEBUILT. The work is the same. The discipline is the same. What's different is that it takes accountability and commitment to live our best lives in our Prime. That's where WE meet.
You don't need a different program every week. You need the right one, run with intent, measured honestly, and adjusted in anticipation of the wall, not after. That's what I do.
